Once your deposit is made, we kickstart the onboarding process immediately at no extra cost to you. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive your contract, welcome package, and a link to book your kickoff call. During this phase, we analyze your brand, conduct market research, and craft a custom content plan tailored to your business.

Within 7 days, we present your strategy for approval. Once approved, you can either provide raw content for us to edit or, if needed, we can come to you for content creation. Editing takes 4-7 days, ensuring all content meets our high-quality standards before submission. After your final approval, we schedule everything to go live starting the next Monday.

The full execution process—from onboarding to content creation and posting—typically takes 14-28 days. However, this strategic planning and preparation comes at no extra charge. Our goal is to ensure everything is well-curated and optimized before posting, not to delay your content or add surprise fees.

To ensure a smooth start, we recommend booking at least one month in advance. For example, if you want us to start posting in June, you should secure your spot in May.
